How to use

1. Use on wet, clean hair.

2. Wet your bar with warm water. Activate it by massaging it between wet hands.

3. Glide bar over hair, away from scalp, onto areas that need conditioning. Bar releases conditioning formula gradually over time so a little patience might be required. To increase pay-off, you can put bar into a dish with warm water when you start showering to soften it (just make sure to drain well after use).

4. Rinse, dry, and enjoy light, nourished hair.

5. Make sure to drain bar well between uses.

the best ingredients for your hair

theobroma cacao seed butter

Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter is the fat obtained from the seeds of theobroma cacoa or the cocoa plant as a bi-product of making chocolate and cocoa powder. It's loaded with skin-loving components, moisturizes scalp and skin and conditions hair for added protection, softness, and shine.

squalane

Squalane (Vegetable Based) is gmo-free, sugar-based, ecologically green liquid that is sourced from plant sugars and yeast fermentation. It is naturally occurring in the skin's lipid barrier and prevents skin water loss while restoring its suppleness with a silky, smooth, non-greasy texture.

macademia nut ester

Ethyl Macadamiate is a moisturizing mixture of macademia esters and a low viscosity, natural silicone alternative. Macademia nuts are the nuts of the macadamia ternifolia tropical tree which is native to the coastal rainforests of Australia. Ehty macadamiate adds a protective coat to your hair without weighing it down for less hair breakage and more shine.

will the bar dry out my hair?

No. Superzero bars do not dry your hair. On the contrary, superzero shampoo bars are enriched with conditioning agents that help nourish and smooth your hair, and our conditioner bars are all about that. Superzero bars also don’t use detergent sulfates which can dry out hair and pull out hair color.

does the bar remove my color?

No. Superzero doesn't use harsh detergent sulfates that can pull out hair color.

is it soap?

No. While soap is great for hand washing, it’s horrible for hair washing, ultimately leading to long-term damage. That’s why in all superzero formulas, they avoid saponification (the chemical reaction that produces soap) –– ultimately creating shampoo that is exactly what it says it is: the lightest. shampoo. ever. In other words, not soap.

caring is key

keep your bar away from water
Nothing will make your soap disintegrate faster than keeping it wet. Avoid storing your soap in a place that is constantly in contact with water, like in the direct stream of the shower.

let your bar air dry
The more time your soap spends completely dry, the longer it will last. Allow the bar to air dry out its moisture after each use.

store your bar in a properly draining dish
A wire rack, bamboo soap dish, or a self-draining soap dish is a must. Soap dishes without drainage keep the moisture longer and will make it harder for your soap to dry out in between uses. Find our favorite dishes here!
