Are your products tested on animals?

Nope, never, not a one.

Are your bars vegan?

Most are. Look for the vegan icon on each product page for this designation.

Are your products natural?

All of the products we carry are made with natural ingrediants and free of toxic or harmful chemicals.

Why isn't your hair bar lathering?

All hair bars are not created equal. Some bars will lather more than others depending on the product ingredients. Many of our hair bars will create a lather that you might not accusomted to - a thicker and less bubbly lather. This may feel strange at first, but it is actually a good sign! Liquid counterparts commonly use harsh detergents like SLS to create a lathering effect that makes you think it's working.

Why is your hair not looking quite right?

For some, your hair might experience a transitional phase for a few days or a few weeks. Don't give up! When you make the switch to natural products your hair readjusts by overproducing sebum. This is similar to how your body reacts when you make the switch to a plant-based diet or natural deoderant. This is a normal adjustment and once its complete you won't want to go back.

Shipping & Returns

Where does soapbar ship?

We currently ship to anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs a flat $6.

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! When you spend $50 or more and live in the US.

What materials do you use for shipping?

We ship our products in plastic-free padded mailers made with 100% recycled content and printed with non-toxic plant base ink. Our mailers are curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable.

What is your shipping method?

We ship via USPS.

Do you ship everyday?

Yes, Monday through Friday. Our in-house turnaround times are typically 1-3 business days (this does not include the postal transit time). 

How can I edit my shipping address?

Our warehouse packs orders very quickly, so if your shipping address is incorrect, please email us at info@shopsoapbar.com as soon as possible with the correct address. If your order is still processing, we can change the shipping details for you. Unfortunately, once your order ships out, we cannot change the address.

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely. As soon as your order ships out, you will be emailed a tracking number, and you can always log into your shopsoapbar.com account to check your order status.

My package is lost, damaged, or stolen. What should I do?
